Recovering your mind, body, and spirit
We remove the stigma of the words "addiction" and "recovery."
Addictions may be related to drugs, alcohol, food, relationships, gambling, techno-gadgets/apps, and more. One way to determine if a behavior is addictive, is to ask yourself if it saps your joy, energy, and willingness to be without it.
Recovery is the means by which you reclaim your power, your self-respect, and your willingness to heal your relationships with yourself, your families, and your communities.
Our Universal Meeting Recovery 2.0 are based on the teachings of Tommy Rosen. Donations are accepted.

Meet our Recovery Instructors/Coaches
With diverse backgrounds and life experiences around addiction, our staff members hold sacred space for people whose lives have been impacted by addiction, and share the wisdom they've gained on their own journeys.
MJ holds a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, is a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach, and holds a Certificate in Meditation Instruction from the University of Holistic Theology. She has been meditating and employing mindfulness techniques in her life since 2012.
As a life coach, MJ works with individuals who are in transition and/or have a vision of becoming an entrepreneur. Her work with clients entails seeing the BIG vision, working through the FEARS and using mindfulness and meditation as tools to help them achieve their goals.
As the owner of Presence of Mind Wellness Center, MJ's vision is two-fold. The first is to create a safe space where people can come and find a community of practitioners who are committed to providing alternative and holistic wellness practices. The second is to help practitioners grow their practices into profitable and life-satisfying businesses.
MJ also teaches group meditation and wellness-based workshops.
