Kate Aucoin

Kate’s first experience with yoga was during her high school years practicing at home, and over the next decade Yoga came in the form of classes at gyms and the occasional yoga studio visit. It wasn’t until her early 30’s when she took her first heated Vinyasa class that her practice and life transformed.

The practice spoke to her mind (calmed it), body (built flexibility and strength), and soul (helped her find her authentic self). Shortly after developing a regular Vinyasa practice Kate found Meditation, Yin, and Yoga Nidra; she later obtained teacher certification in each of those prior to her receiving her 200 hour RYT from Sacred Seeds Yoga School.

Kate loves sharing the practice of yoga she has on and off the mat!

Kendra Monroe, LMT

Kendra is a licensed massage therapist who graduated at SpaTech Institute from the 600hr therapeutic massage program. She specializes in deep tissue focus work, trigger point, myo-fascial, stretching, range of motion,  and swedish. She found her love for massage therapy when she was faced with a lot of injuries from sports growing up that affected her as an adult. She included massage therapy in her own treatment and care to help heal her body from all the aches and pain she felt from her old injuries. Seeing how much it helped her drove her to a passion to want to help others heal the same way she was able to. Her goal is to listen to and evaluate each and every client to help find what could be causing their aches and pains then do everything she can to help heal those areas. She wants each and every client leaving their session feeling better than when they came in.”
