Private entry

No need to worry about parking or pedestrian congestion when arriving at Presence of Mind Wellness.

You will enter directly into a warm and welcoming post & beam room constructed from a pine tree harvested 15’ from the structure.

Only your practitioner(s) will share this space with you.

Face masks are required for the duration of your visit

1:1 Yoga. With the consent of your instructor, you may remove your mask once you are set up in your practice space. Physical distancing will be maintained. Please don your face mask before you leave your mat space at the end of your session.

Workshops & Classes: Masks are required unless the class is being held outside AND physical distancing of 6' between participants is possible.

Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands

We provide hand sanitizer for your convenience at the entry doorway.

We also have a sink available to wash your hands with soap and water for 20-seconds or longer.

Please sanitize your hands after touching any common surfaces (benches, tables, etc.).

Sanitizing common touch surfaces

Between client appointments, we use disinfectant wipes and sprays to clean door knobs, light switches, and other common touch items.

Allowing the space to breathe

We allow at least 30-minutes between guests / same-household parties to give our space to breathe.

Enjoy our space with only your service practitioner in attendance.

Focusing on online payment options

When you make online payments from your personal devices, it limits the risk of contact via credit card/cash exchanges and mobile device touch screens.

If you have questions or concerns not addressed here, please let us know.
